Online Email Converter provides free tools that convert email files from one format to another. We may add, change or remove tools over time, and we don't promise that any tool will always be available.
Your files and your rights to them
Only convert mailboxes and files you have the right to access and copy. A work mailbox, for example, may belong to your employer, and its policies may not allow you to keep a copy. You are responsible for how you use the files you convert and for following any laws and agreements that apply to them.
Keep a backup
The converters only read your original file and create a new one, and they are tested with real mailboxes. Still, email files can be damaged or unusual in ways no tool foresees. Keep a copy of the original until you have checked the converted file.
No warranty
The tools are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that a conversion will be complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, such as legal or compliance work. The disclaimer covers this in more detail.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Online Email Converter is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or use it for anything unlawful. You may link to any page freely.
Changes
