Contact us
Stuck on a conversion, found a bug, or need a format we don't cover yet? Send a message and a person will read it.
Send us a message
The form opens a new email in your own mail app with everything filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
Reporting a failed conversion
Tell us the message you saw, the type and size of the file and, if you know it, which program made it. That is usually enough to work out what happened.
Please don't send your mailbox
OST and PST files contain private email. We never need them to help, so leave them off your message.
